World’s largest two wheeler manufacturing company. Prior to Hero, he served as Director Business Solutions at a pharmaceutical company Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and was responsible for IT at more than 40 countries at Ranbaxy. Before that, he worked as Management Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services.. He also served as a Board Member of M/s HMC MM Auto Ltd. (A joint venture of Hero MotoCorp and M/s Magneti Marelli of Italy). Mr. Sethi has consistently been recognized as one of India's foremost Digital leaders. Over the years, he has earned numerous prestigious accolades, including the CIO Lifetime Achievement Award, CIO of the Year award for many years, Global CIO, India’s Most popular CIO & Mentor, Most Respected CIO, Super League CIO, Champion CIO, Digital Icon of India, Technovator of the Year, India's Best IT Manager and many others.

He also advises CEO and leadership team of various organizations in various aspects of business strategy, Digitization, Cyber Security, Talent Management and other areas. He also serves on advisory boards of few NGOs. Earlier he served as Chief Information Officer, Head Corporate Social Responsibility and Head Human Resources at Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
