2. Membership Fee
- Amount: INR 1200 per year.
- Any future revisions to the fee will be announced well in advance and updated on the YDMA website.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for YDMA Primary Membership, applicants must:
- Hold one of the specified designations (refer to the Eligible Designations section).
- Have 8-10 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- Be employed in an IT department within India.

5. Membership Enrolment Process
- Visit the YDMA Member Foyer to access the application form.
- Upload your business card and a passport-sized photograph.
- The YDMA Chapter Committee will review and approve your application.
- Upon approval, you will receive a membership confirmation and a payment link.
- Complete the process by paying the annual membership fee of INR 1200.
6. Membership Renewal Process
- Members will receive a renewal notification 30 days before expiration.
- Pay the renewal fee of INR 1200.
- Update your membership details if necessary.
- Receive confirmation of renewed membership.
7. Membership Fees and Refund Policy
- Annual Fees:
- Members must pay the full membership fee of INR 1200 for the calendar year (1st April to 31st March).
- Fees must be paid by April 1, with a grace period until May 31.
- c.Non-Prorated Fees: Fees must be paid for the full year, irrespective of the membership start date.
- Refund Policy:
- Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including resignation, surrender of membership, or termination.
- Fee Revisions:
- Any approved changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance.
8.Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay the membership fee within three months of the due date (by June 30).
- Eligibility Changes: Members who no longer meet the eligibility criteria or change their membership status.
- Resignation: Members may resign, but fees for the remainder of the year will not be refunded.
- Code of Conduct Violations: Membership will be revoked for breaches of the YDMA Code of Conduct.
9. Code of Conduct
Purpose:
To establish high professional standards among members

- Integrity: Uphold ethical standards.
- Respect: Treat all individuals with dignity.
- Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information.
- Professionalism: Maintain expertise and adhere to the highest professional
standards.
Member Expectations:
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid conflicts of interest.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
- Warning.
- Suspension.
- Permanent expulsion from YDMA membership.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes and legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
- These terms will be governed and interpreted according to Indian laws.
11. Supplementary Terms
- YDMA reserves the right to introduce additional terms for specific services or content.
- Such terms will be integrated into this document and communicated to members as necessary.
