Manoj is a Visionary Tech Industry Leader with an illustrious career that spans over four decades of leadership, innovation and strategic growth. He has been recognized amongst the “100 Great IITians” who stayed back and made a significant impact on India’s progress. He was also recognized amongst the Top 10 who shaped the last decade of the Indian IT Industry.

Over the last 43 years, Manoj’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing India’s digital transformation. He has played a key role in building India’s Internet and Technology Infrastructure, propelling the Country to the forefront of global Digital Public Infrastructure. As their President for the Region, his strategic foresight has helped multinational giants like Scientific Atlanta, Cisco Systems, and EMC establish leadership positions in South Asia. He was a driving force behind the creation of two of India’s earliest Global Capability Centers, setting the stage for India’s spectacular rise as a global technology hub. Under Manoj’s leadership, India witnessed the birth and creation of the World’s largest pool of Networking Professionals

During his sterling career, Manoj also led the Enterprise Business of the Global IT Services Firm- Tech Mahindra (Satyam acquisition) as it’s Global President. Under his watch Mahindra Satyam transitioned and integrated seamlessly into Tech Mahindra, where he took the business from $1 B to $3, across 70 markets. As a former President, Group Public Affairs & Member of the Group Executive Board member at Mahindra Group, Manoj led the Public Policy function for India’s leading Conglomerate. His expertise in public policy and corporate strategy continues to shape the future of businesses across sectors, as he serves on the boards of several forward-thinking companies.

Manoj is currently an Independent Board member of India’s leading Rating Agency- Care Ratings Ltd, an Independent Board Member of Nusummit Technologies (formerly NSE IT), an Independent Board member and Chairman of Care Analytics and Advisory, the Chairperson of Manoj Chugh Advisory LLP, Member of the Governing Board Amity University (UP), Principal Advisor to Singapore based Digital Research and Advisory Firm- Ecosystem and a Board Advisor to several US, India and Singapore based start- ups.
